When you ask for a demo (the form on our home page) we receive the venue name, your name, your email address, your city, and — if you fill them in — your teams and any notes. We use it to reply to you and to arrange a demo. That's the entire purpose; it isn't used for anything else.
When you contact a business through one of our sponsor pages (a
/b/… address, usually reached from a code on a wall display) we receive your name,
the email address or phone number you give, and your message. That goes to the business you
chose to contact, so they can get back to you.
Cookies. Two, both strictly functional. Neither is used to profile you or to follow you to other websites.
| Cookie | What it's for | How long |

s21_ref |
Remembers who referred you, so that the person or business who sent you here gets credited. It records a referral code, not you. It is only ever set the first time — a later link never overwrites it. | 90 days |
score21_session |
Keeps you signed in after you click a sign-in link. Set only when you sign in. | 7 days |
Both are HTTP-only (a script on the page cannot read them) and sent only over HTTPS. Our hosting provider also keeps ordinary server request logs, as any web host does.
Venue accounts use single-use links sent to your email address. We never ask for, store, or want a password.
Nothing about the people in the room. The system watches a public sports scoreboard feed and shows a discount when a team scores. It has no camera, no microphone, no till connection and no way of knowing who is in the venue or what anyone ordered.
It keeps a record of the discounts themselves — when each one started and ended, what triggered it, and which sponsor's artwork was showing — so a venue can settle "was the discount on when I ordered?". Those records are about the discount, not about a person. They are kept on the venue's own machine for 90 days by default, and the venue can change that.
Only the suppliers that run our site for us:
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to advertisers or data brokers.
Demo enquiries are kept while we're in conversation and for our business records afterwards. Sponsor enquiries are kept so the business you contacted can follow up. Ask us to delete either, and we will.
Email info@score21.xyz to get a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also just reply to any email from us. If you want the referral cookie gone, clearing cookies for this site removes it.
If this notice changes we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious on this page rather than buried.
