The celebration slides into the left two thirds and the right column splits into three equal bands: your combo deals on top, the rewards QR in the middle, a celebration sponsor beneath. Three independent tenants, none of them reserving space — set nothing, sell nothing, enrol in nothing, or lose the artwork mid-game, and the wall goes back to full width. Run the rewards program and the column simply stays up all night, so the layout never jumps mid-game.
Combo deals are your own food and drink bundles, cycling beside the countdown while the room is already looking up. Prices are free text — “$9”, “2 for $12”, whatever you'd chalk on a board. The only percentage on that wall is still the 21.
A local business pays to own how the celebration looks: a logo panel, their colors in the confetti, a backdrop on the premium tier. Run one all month, only on hockey nights, or only when one team scores — one at a time, top priority wins.
Each sponsored activation is logged with its timestamp, the sponsor, and the artwork version that was on the wall. Pair the appliance to your score21.xyz account and those records sync up on their own — the dashboard shows when the box last checked in, and you invoice from a count neither side has to take on trust.
